• Cognac
• Zima

Quantities for one glass:

• 30 ml Cognac
• 360 ml Zima

Blending Instructions:

• Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, and all the above mentioned ingredients. Shake Well, till the ice melts. 
• Take a Highball Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the Collins glass.
• Serve Immediately.

• 45 ml Absolut Vodka
• 20 ml Apple Pucker
• 80 ml Cranberry Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, and all the above mentioned ingredients. Shake Well, till the ice melts. 
• Take a Highball Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the Highball glass.
• Garnish with lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.
• Serve Immediately.

• Light Rum
• Lime Juice
• Lime Slice
• Mint Leaves
• Soda
• Sugar

Quantities for one glass:

• 90 ml Light Rum
• 20 ml Lime Juice
• 1 Slice Lime
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 4 Mint Leaves
• 50 ml Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, 2 mint leaves, sugar, and 50 ml soda. Mix well till the sugar melts and you will be able to smell mint leaves.
• Add lime juice, and light rum and shake well.
• Take a Highball Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the highball glass. Garnish the rim with remaining mint leaves and the slice of lemon.
• Serve Immediately.

• Vodka
• Chilli Pepper or jalapeño( if you cannot find Chilli Pepper)
• Lemon Cordial
• Fresh Lemon Juice
• Club Soda
• Salt

Quantities for one glass:

• 180 ml Vodka
• 1-2 Long Seedless Chilli Pepper or jalapeño
• 30 ml Lemon Cordial
• 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 60 ml Club Soda
• 1 Pinch Salt

Blending Instructions:

• Take a Cocktail Shaker, add 4-5 cubes of ice, Vodka, Green Chilli Peppers, and Lemon Cordial. Shake them well till the ice melts. Now add Lemon Juice and Salt to the Shaker and shake again.
• Now Add 2-3 cubes of ice in a Highball Glass, and pour the ingredients of Cocktail Shaker into it. Pour in the club soda after that.
• Stir it with a twizel stick, garnish it with orange or lime slice on the edge and serve immediately.
