<h4>Quantities for one glass:</h4>
<ul>
<li>45 ml Rum</li>
<li>15 ml Triple Sec</li>
<li>7.5 ml Grenadine Syrup</li>
<li>2 Dashes Peychaud&#8217;s Bitters<strong> or</strong> Angostura bitters</li>
<li>80 ml Champagne</li>
</ul>
<h4>Blending Instructions:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Take a High Ball Glass, fill it with ice cubes and pour in the rum, triple sec, and grenadine.</li>
<li>Stir it completely and then add the bitters.</li>
<li>Top it up with the champagne and stir again and serve immediately.</li>
