Ingredients required for Cajun Water:
- Rum
- Triple Sec
- Grenadine Syrup
- Peychaud’s Bitters or Angostura bitters
- Champagne
Quantities for one glass:
- 45 ml Rum
- 15 ml Triple Sec
- 7.5 ml Grenadine Syrup
- 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters or Angostura bitters
- 80 ml Champagne
Blending Instructions:
- Take a High Ball Glass, fill it with ice cubes and pour in the rum, triple sec, and grenadine.
- Stir it completely and then add the bitters.
- Top it up with the champagne and stir again and serve immediately.
