Ingredients required for Absolute Bull:

Absolut Vodka
Red Bull
Lime Wedge

Quantities for one glass:

60 ml Absolut Vodka
200 ml Red Bull (1 Can)
1 Lime Wedge

Blending Instructions:

Take a Collins Glass, add little crushed ice to the bottom and add the Vodka first and then add Red Bull to the Collins glass.
Garnish the lime wedge on the edge of the glass and Serve Immediately.

Ingredients required for Long Island:

Tequila
Gin
Whiskey
White Rum
Vodka
Sugar Syrup
Coke or Pepsi
Orange Juice

Quantities for one glass:

20 ml Tequila
20 ml Gin
20 ml Whiskey
20 ml White Rum
20 ml Vodka
30 ml Sugar Syrup
35 ml Coke or Pepsi
30 ml Orange Juice

Blending Instructions:

Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, and all the above mentioned ingredients. Shake Well, till the ice melts.
Take a Collins Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the Collins glass.
Serve Immediately.

Ingredients required for Monaco:

Grenadine
Beer
7-Up or Sprite
Lime

Quantities for one glass:

220 ml Beer
10 ml Grenadine
110 ml 7-Up or Sprite

Blending Instructions:

Take a Collins glass and add crushed ice and lime slice.
Add ingredients in the order of Grenadine, Beer and then 7-Up or Sprite.
Serve Immediately.

Ingredients required for Casablanca:

White Rum
Coconut flavored Rum
Coconut Cream
Pineapple Juice
Grenadine Syrup

Quantities for one glass:

60 ml White Rum
15 ml Coconut flavored Rum
30 ml Coconut Cream
120 ml Pineapple Juice
15 ml Grenadine Syrup

Blending Instructions:

Fill half of a Collins Glass with Crushed Ice. Add all the ingridients to it one by one.
Splash the Grenadine Syrup on the top , garnish it with orange or pineapple slice and serve immediately (unstirred).

Ingredients required for STP:

Scotch Whisky
Vodka
Maple Syrup

Quantities for one glass:

330 ml Scotch Whisky
150 ml Vodka
120 ml Maple Syrup

Blending Instructions:

Take a Collins Glass, add 5-6 ice cubes, pour whisky and vodka slowly on the ice. Stir it well and wait for 5 minutes.
Add Maple Syrup and stir well again.
Wait for 5 minutes and serve.

Ingredients required for Melon Ball:

Midori® Melon Liqueur
Vodka (prefered Melon flavored Vodka)
Pineapple Juice
Pineapple Slice

Quantities for one glass:

75 ml Midori® Melon Liqueur
35 ml Vodka
110 ml Pineapple Juice
1 Slice Pineapple.

Blending Instructions:

Take a Collins Glass, add ice, Midori® Melon Liqueur, and Vodka. Stir them till they are mixed.
Add Pineapple Juice and stir again till it is mixed well.
Add 2-4 cubes of ice and garnish it with mint leaves and pineapple slice on the glass and serve immediately.

Mojito Diablo

Ingredients required for Mojito Diablo:

White Tequila
Lime
Mint
Crème de cassis
7 Up or Sprite (Soda Drink)
Preferable Brown Sugar, if not, then white sugar.

Quantities for one glass:

45 ml White Tequila
15 ml Crème de cassis
3 Lime Wedges
12 Fresh Mint Leaves
150 ml 7 Up or Sprite
1 tbsp Brown Sugar or 2 teaspoon white sugar.

Blending Instructions:

Take a Mixing Jar, add sugar, mint leaves, and squezzed lime wedges. Mix them till you smell fresh mint in the mixture.
Add 6-8 cubes of ice, tequila, and Crème de cassis and shake it till the glass doesn’t become cold.
Add the ingredients of Mixing jar to a Collins Glass, top it up with the 7 Up or Sprite and stir again.
Garnish it with mint leaves and lime slice and serve immediately.
