Ingredients required for Cajun Water: Rum Triple Sec Grenadine Syrup Peychaud’s Bitters or Angostura bitters Champagne Quantities for one glass: 45 ml Rum 15 ml Triple Sec 7.5 ml Grenadine Syrup 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters or Angostura bitters 80 ml Champagne Blending Instructions: Take a High Ball Glass, fill it with ice cubes and pour in the rum, triple sec, and grenadine.
