Cajun Water

Ingredients required for Cajun Water:

  • Rum
  • Triple Sec
  • Grenadine Syrup
  • Peychaud’s Bitters or Angostura bitters
  • Champagne

Quantities for one glass:

  • 45 ml Rum
  • 15 ml Triple Sec
  • 7.5 ml Grenadine Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters or Angostura bitters
  • 80 ml Champagne

Blending Instructions:

  • Take a High Ball Glass, fill it with ice cubes and pour in the rum, triple sec, and grenadine.
  • Stir it completely and then add the bitters.
  • Top it up with the champagne and stir again and serve immediately.
