Ingredients required for Absinthe:

Cognac
Zima

Quantities for one glass:

30 ml Cognac
360 ml Zima

Blending Instructions:

Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, and all the above mentioned ingredients. Shake Well, till the ice melts.
Take a Highball Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the Collins glass.
Serve Immediately.

Ingredients required for Adam and Eve:

Brandy
Grapefruit Juice
Honey
Gin
Lemon Juice
Lime Wedge

Quantities for one glass:

45 ml Brandy
20 ml Grapefruit Juice
1 Table Spoon Honey
30 ml Gin
10 ml Lemon Juice
1 Lime Wedge

Blending Instructions:

Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, and all the above mentioned ingredients. Shake Well, till the ice melts.
Take a Cocktail Glass, add very little crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the Cocktail glass.
Garnish with lime wedge and Serve Immediately.

Ingredients required for Absolute Bull:

Absolut Vodka
Red Bull
Lime Wedge

Quantities for one glass:

60 ml Absolut Vodka
200 ml Red Bull (1 Can)
1 Lime Wedge

Blending Instructions:

Take a Collins Glass, add little crushed ice to the bottom and add the Vodka first and then add Red Bull to the Collins glass.
Garnish the lime wedge on the edge of the glass and Serve Immediately.

Absolut Vodka
Apple Pucker
Cranberry Juice

Quantities for one glass:

45 ml Absolut Vodka
20 ml Apple Pucker
80 ml Cranberry Juice

Take a Highball Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the Highball glass.
Garnish with lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.

White Rum
Vodka
Sugar Syrup
Coke or Pepsi
Orange Juice

Quantities for one glass:

20 ml Tequila
20 ml Gin
20 ml Whiskey
20 ml White Rum
20 ml Vodka
30 ml Sugar Syrup
35 ml Coke or Pepsi
30 ml Orange Juice

Blending Instructions:

Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, and all the above mentioned ingredients. Shake Well, till the ice melts.
Take a Collins Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the Collins glass.

15 ml Dark Rum
10 ml Dry Vermouth
10 ml Cognac
10 ml Gin
15 ml Lime Juice
1 Lime Slice
35 ml Soda

Blending Instructions:

Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, and all the above mentioned ingredients. Shake Well, till the ice melts.
Take a Cocktail Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the Cocktail glass. Garnish the rim with the slice of lemon.
Serve Immediately.

Ingredients required for Mojito:

Light Rum
Lime Juice
Lime Slice
Mint Leaves
Soda
Sugar

Quantities for one glass:

90 ml Light Rum
20 ml Lime Juice
1 Slice Lime
1 tbsp Sugar
4 Mint Leaves
50 ml Soda

Blending Instructions:

Take a Mixing glass and add crushed ice, 2 mint leaves, sugar, and 50 ml soda. Mix well till the sugar melts and you will be able to smell mint leaves.
Add lime juice, and light rum and shake well.
Take a Highball Glass, add crushed ice to the bottom and add the ingredients of mixing glass to the highball glass. Garnish the rim with remaining mint leaves and the slice of lemon.
Serve Immediately.

Ingredients required for Monaco:

Grenadine
Beer
7-Up or Sprite
Lime

Quantities for one glass:

220 ml Beer
10 ml Grenadine
110 ml 7-Up or Sprite

Blending Instructions:

Take a Collins glass and add crushed ice and lime slice.
Add ingredients in the order of Grenadine, Beer and then 7-Up or Sprite.
Serve Immediately.

Presidential Margarita

Ingredients required for Presidential Margarita:

Brandy
Cointreau
Tequila
Lime
Lime Juice

Quantities for one glass:

45 ml Brandy
45 ml Cointreau
45 ml Tequila
10 ml Lime Juice

Blending Instructions:

Take a Margarita glass and rim the glass with Lime Juice and Salt. Add crushed Ice into the glass and one Lime Slice on the rim.
Take a Cocktail Shaker, add all the ingredients along with 3-4 cubes of ice. Shake them well till the ice melts.
Pour the cocktail from the shaker to the glass without spoiling the decoration on the rim.
Serve Immediately.

Ingredients required for Strawberry Cosmopoliton:

Fresh Strawberries
Orange Liqueur
Fresh Lime Juice
Fresh Orange Juice
Citrus Vodka

Quantities for one glass:

4 Fresh Strawberries
30 ml Orange Liqueur
10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
10 ml Fresh Orange Juice
50 ml Citrus Vodka

Blending Instructions:

Crush 2 Strawberries.
Take a Cocktail Shaker, add all the ingredients along with 3-4 cubes of ice except the remaining 2 Strawberries. Shake them well till the ice melts.
Take a martini glass and add some crushed ice to the bottom. Pour the cocktail from the shaker to the glass.
Garnish it with remaining strawberries on the glass and serve immediately.
